The KLINGE™ Tyre Environment Reporter™ App is viewer app designed to assist tyre professionals, tyre owners, dealers, manufacturers, retreaders, repairers, vehicle/equipment manufacturers and dealers to track and manage their tyre environments. The system records observations made of individual areas to complete a inspection. Once an inspection is complete the App can generate a report, which can then be emailed or converted into a pdf for emailing or saving. The app records statistics on observations of regular areas as well as usage statistics by user.
Access to the system is granted based on the purchase of a subscription that is charged and renewed on a monthly basis. Once a subscription has been purchased, the subscription will continue until it is either cancelled by the customer or is withdrawn by KLINGE due to non-payment or misuse of the system as seen fit by KLINGE.
Subscription prices are determined by the account type and the number of any additional sites or users. The available account types are "Starter", "Professional" and "Enterprise". Only the "Starter" and "Enterprise" accounts may be expanded with additional sites and users. The "Starter" account may only be expanded to a total of 4 Sites and 4 Users, with further expansion available by upgrading to the "Professional" and "Enterprise" accounts.
Monthly subscriptions are charged for in advance and any variations, either additional sites, users or upgrading to the next account are dealt with as follows:
Additional Sites and Users:
The customer, may increase the number of Sites and Users at any time up to the limit of the account.
The software will advise the customer, or authorized user, of the additional amount and gain agreement to the extra charge. This will involve a pro-rata charge for the remainder of the current billing period and a revised monthly subscription amount for the following billing periods.
Reduction of Sites and Users:
There is no facility for users to conduct a reduction of sites or users once added at present. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our friendly team can assist you with this.
To upgrade your account visit the product web page, log into your account (if you are the account owner) and follow the steps.
There is no facility for users to conduct a downgrade of account at present. Contact us at email@example.com and our friendly team can assist you with this.
Customers will not be charged by the typical calendar month instead the payment system uses a 4 week rotation to ensure that the inspections included in a user’s chosen account are available at all times.
The KLINGE™ Tyre Environment Reporter™ App is a subscription based service, which is invoiced once the order has been processed and access to the product granted. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchase of this service from our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the product we supply and we DO honour requests for a refund based on the following two reasons:
- major defects: although the product has been thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team's approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 3 business days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 3 business days from receipt of notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full for the current billing period without any compensations or reimbursements.
- product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the initial subscription date. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the subscribed product is not as it is described on any official KLINGE marketing materials. Unfounded expectations or wishes are not honoured as a basis for refund.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on official KLINGE marketing materials. We do not provide support for third-party applications.
